MVH worked closely with the TFN staff team to complete the Industrial Area Secondary Plan (IASP) in under three months. This “development enabling” Plan was initiated in late October 2025 by an intensive “Planning and Design Charrette” that laid out the structure and vision for primarily the Phase 2 portion of the lands. Amazon and other significant tenants were already in place in Phase 1.  This Industrial Plan uniquely included market analysis, engineering and infrastructure, policy, zoning, place-making, and implementation. It was approved by Executive Council in January 2026.
