Michael von Hausen, President of MVH has taught at Simon Fraser University, University of British Columbia, Vancouver Island University, Queen's University, and the University of Colorado.
He currently facilitates and teaches the sought after four courses for the School of Development, Urban Development Institute, Pacific Region.
Michael is also currently (2023-2024) coordinating and teaching eight training seminars for the City of Maple Ridge to their entire staff on planning policy, urban design, green infrastructure, climate resilience, and development.
MVH customizes training and presentations for municipalities, private companies, and professional institutes across Canada that include the City of Ottawa, City of Edmonton, City of Calgary, City of Delta, Planning Institute of British Columbia, Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, Ontario Professional Planning Institute, Ontario Society of Landscape Architects.
