New Elita Community, Krasnoyarsk, Russia (2008)
MVH directed the team of consultants to generate a comprehensive new town plan for 25,000 residents on 400 hectares (1,000 acres) just north of the City of Krasnoyarsk. The comprehensive plan included preliminary civil engineering and housing/plot plans. The Plan was approved by the regional government within the six months of initiation.
