Innovations in Neighbourhood Intensification

MVH was the prime consultant that directed the transportation, economics and urban design team. The process included a design charrette, workshops and presentations that examined:

• Neighbourhood character elements, place-making elements, and the communities Vision

• Amenity needs in the community

• Mobility improvements

• Progressive intensification of uses and transitions between the established neighbourhood and new uses
