The Deep Bay Southwest Master Plan is a proposed extension of the Deep Bay community just south of Courtenay, British Columbia. The original concept envisioned a compact clustered community that conserved the valued environmental areas and trails. It also provided a diverse selection of compact housing. The current Phase 1 development will include approximately 50 housing units to establish the development pattern and, hopefully, through transfer of density, develop the balance of the property.
